Dain founded Rev Ø Consulting in 2016 with a desire to help organizations and people become high-performing. A project management and change management expert with ten years of domestic and international experience, Dain is a certified Project Management Professional (PMI®) and Change Management Practitioner (Prosci®). He graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and will complete a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University in 2021.
Dain began his career as a machinery engineer in what was then the largest US corporation, where he worked in nine different countries on multi-billion-dollar capital projects and groundbreaking technology development joint ventures. While there, he learned the importance of organizational structure and corporate discipline and the challenges that even the most successful corporations face. To continue growing his project management abilities, Dain took a project engineering role at another Fortune 500 corporation where he learned the importance of change management and teamwork in rapid project execution. Dain then formed Rev Ø Consulting to offer independent consulting services and joined a start-up engineering, procurement, construction, and project management organization as its Chief Administrative Officer. As CAO, he gained firsthand experience in corporate governance, hiring practices, legal affairs, performance management, and the evolution of an entrepreneurial firm to a growth-stage organization.
In addition to the corporate day jobs, Dain started a coffee company with a business partner in 2013, where Dain oversaw the entity formation, accounting, and legal matters. After fours year of operation, they successfully sold the business after significantly increasing their roasting capacity and opening a café. Three years later, Dain is still roasting coffee and has started a new small-batch roasting business with an e-commerce platform.
Analise Thompson has made a career out of leading teams and enabling others to achieve new heights. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a bachelor’s degree in Physics, Analise started her career performing personnel management for the US Army throughout Central and South America, as well as Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Her work with the Army also took her to Afghanistan, where she planned and led US congressional and other dignitary visits.
After leaving the Army, Analise began working as a project management professional for a major US oil company, planning and executing major capital projects across the globe. During that time, Analise received extensive training and firsthand experience in cost estimating, project controls, and business management. This culminated in Analise leading and shaping the professional development training curriculum for both Project Management and Drilling divisions.
Analise left the daily grind of the corporate world to spend time with her kids and to enjoy all that life has to offer. Since then, she has helped found a distillery in Houston, TX, worked part-time for a start-up engineering and construction firm in West Texas where she performed enterprise solutions management, and supported an IT start-up solving data challenges in the oil and gas industry by streamlining engineering processes and using artificial intelligence for better business decisions.
At Rev Ø Consulting, Analise helps businesses and their leaders improve project management performance through practical solutions and personal coaching. She will receive a Leadership Certificate from MIT in 2021 specializing in Inquiry-Driven Leadership. Analise lives in Durango, Colorado with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. If you ever think of doing something risky, she will tell you to go for it!
Throughout Katie’s extensive career, she has demonstrated her unique ability to bring out the best in people. After graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Social Work, she honed her skills in candidate interviewing, selection, and training in the nonprofit sector. Katie’s strong desire to help others and her personal transition into motherhood inspired her to create a childbirth education program where she taught dozens of soon-to-be parents how to navigate the joys and the stresses of childbirth. Her experience as an educator was a rewarding time where she learned how to help people where they are, develop adult education curriculum, and lead both small group and private training sessions. Expanding upon her early career experience in candidate selection, Katie joined a growing data visualization company to develop and manage candidate selection and onboarding processes.
A working mother of two boys, Katie has navigated numerous career and family changes. Katie believes in the power of positivity and resiliency, which she brings to everything she does. At Rev 0 Consulting, Katie provides administrative support, while also advising on hiring practices, training, and development programs.
